1. Shipping Regions & Rates
Shipping charges start at ₹80 and vary based on delivery distance and service used.
Examples (illustrative — customize as needed):

• Local deliveries (within 30 km): ₹80 – ₹150

• Regional deliveries (31 km – 100 km): ₹150 – ₹300

• National deliveries (100 km+): calculated at checkout

2. Delivery Time
Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery timeframe depends on distance and carrier logistics.

3. Tracking & Notifications
You will receive tracking information via email or SMS once shipped.

4. Shipping Delays
Delays due to weather, public holidays, or carrier issues are outside our control. We will communicate any significant delays.

5. Undelivered or Lost Packages
If a package shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate.
