Silodozen 8D

Silodozen 8D is a combination of Silodosin and Dutasteride used in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a condition in which the prostate gland becomes enlarged and causes urinary difficulties.

• Silodosin is an alpha-blocker that relaxes the muscles of the bladder neck and prostate, making it easier to pass urine.

• Dutasteride reduces the hormone (DHT) that causes prostate growth, gradually shrinking the prostate and providing long-term relief.

This combination helps relieve urinary symptoms such as weak urine stream, difficulty starting urination, frequent urination at night, and the urgent need to urinate. It also reduces the chances of urinary retention and the need for surgery.
