Return & Refund Policy (Pharmacy Store)

At [Your Pharmacy Name], we are committed to delivering safe, authentic, and high-quality medicines.
Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, our return and refund rules are more strict than general retail stores.


1. Return Eligibility (Within 2 Days Only)

You may request a return within 2 days of delivery only if:

  • You received wrong medicine

  • You received a damaged or leaked product

  • You received a defective or expired item

  • You received a different quantity/variant than ordered

The product must be:

  • Unused and sealed

  • In its original packaging

  • With invoice/bill intact

No returns are accepted after 2 days from delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items (Standard Pharmacy Rules)

For safety, hygiene, and legal regulations, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used medicines

  • Temperature-controlled products (insulin, injections, vaccines, biologics)

  • Refrigerated/Cold-chain medicines

  • Schedule H / H1 / X / Narcotic medicines

  • Antibiotics after seal is broken

  • Health supplements, protein powders, or consumables after opening

  • Personal care or hygiene items (creams, lotions, ointments, syrups opened)

  • Medical devices after seal is broken (glucometers, thermometers, nebulizers, etc.)

  • Any product marked non-returnable on the invoice or product page

These rules follow standard pharmacy safety regulations to prevent contamination and misuse.


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order:

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Photos/videos (for damages or wrong product)

  3. Our team will verify eligibility.

  4. After approval:

    • We will arrange pickup (if available)

    • Or ask you to send the item back to our pharmacy address

Products sent back without approval will not be accepted.


4. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned product, our pharmacy team will inspect it.
Inspection time: 1–3 business days.

A refund/exchange will be approved only if:

  • The product is sealed, unused, and in original condition

  • The return reason is valid under our policy

If rejected (e.g., opened/seal broken), the item will be sent back to you.


5. Refund Duration

Refund timelines after approval:

  • UPI / Wallet / Net Banking: 2–4 business days

  • Debit/Credit Card: 4–7 business days

  • COD Orders:

    • Refund via store credit or bank transfer: 3–7 business days

  • Store Credit: Issued within 24 hours of approval

Delays may occur due to bank processing.


6. Refund Mode

Refunds are issued using the same payment method, except for COD.

Options include:

  • Original mode of payment

  • Store credit / wallet

  • Bank transfer (for COD)


7. Exchange Policy

If you received a wrong or damaged medicine, we can offer an exchange for:

  • Same product

  • Correct variant or quantity

Exchange depends on stock availability.


8. Cancellation Policy (Reminder)

Order cancellation is allowed only within 1 day (24 hours) of placing the order.
After this timeframe, cancellation is not possible.
